By having easier access to information and processes people are better able to participate. Having said that, I designed this site for jobseekers and newcomers to Canada and USA. The US page is still under Research. I spent 4 months researching Canadian sites and talking to people. Feedback from jobseekers and Job Developers has been incorporated. My hard work did pay, it was listed under 'Great Links' in the Toronto CED Network Electronic Newsletter, Feb and March 2003. Currently it is being used by many many people.
